To ensure your problems are solved with priority and attention, we offer a Premium Support Agreement (PSA). A PSA guarantees your business receives timely support from our most qualified staff.
As part of your PSA, you will receive several beneficial entitlements including:

- A Yearly Software upgrade Service
- Training course discounts
- Resources - videos, documentation and procedures
We understand your time is valuable, so our support crew is always available Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm Eastern Standard Time, except public holidays.
